Hi Maarten, great adventure, wishing you luck! FYI: When Amnesty International celebrated its 50th anniversary this year (in May, Amsterdam, Pakhuis De Zwijger) one of their main topics was on the use of new media / social media for their human rights work. Mainly, they did a panel and audience discussion, with interesting guests. I think there was both some answers and of course much of the same questions that you formulate in your post.

Couldnt agree more with you Maarten, a lot of energy in the air and potentially a huge community that works together for a better world, everyone who wants to join can come to the next cafe in Amsterdam on August 18th!
